April 1 - October 31
- Sun - Thurs $325 per night
- Fri - Sat $375 per night
- Weekly $2,100 per week
November 1 - March 31
- Sun - Thurs $300 per night
- Fri - Sat $325 per night
- Weekly $1,925 per week
- $325-$400 per night for major holidays with a 3 to 5 night minimum, depending on the holiday. Weekly rates may not apply during holidays.
- Cleaning fee $100
- 10.75% NC Sales and Lodging Tax
- Refundable Security Deposit $350.00
- Two Night Minimum (holidays may require a longer stay)
- Signed rental agreement and 50% of rent required within 3 days to secure your reservation
- Balance of rent required 30 days prior to arrival
- Refundable $350 security deposit required 30 days prior to arrival
- No Smoking Allowed
- Dogs considered (additional fees and security deposit may be required)
- 8 person maximum
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or checks.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for any cancellation. Your initial payment will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the payment unless we can re-rent the Lodge.
