- Sun - Thurs $325 per night
- Fri - Sat $375 per night
- Weekly $2,100 per week
November 1 - March 31
- Sun - Thurs $300 per night
- Fri - Sat $325 per night
- Weekly $1,925 per week
- $325-$400 per night for major holidays with a 3 to 5 night minimum, depending on the holiday. Weekly rates may not apply during holidays.
- Cleaning fee $100
- 9.75% NC Sales and Lodging Tax
- Refundable Security Deposit $350.00
- Signed rental agreement and 50% of rent required to secure your reservation
- Balance of rent and Security deposit required 30 days prior to arrival
- No Smoking Allowed
- Crate trained dogs considered - please see our "pets" page
- 8 person maximum (no exceptions)
- Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent the Lodge
- 3 night minimum June, July, August and October
- 2 night minimum all other months
- Minimum night requirement varies on holidays

Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for any cancellation. Your initial payment (50% of rent) will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the advance payment unless the cabin can be re-rented. Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled arrival are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-rented.
You may choose to purchase Travel Insurance separately for protection against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your vacation plans. There are many companies that provide this type of insurance. We have provided links to two of these companies below:
